Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Berwyn, IL

Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives by supporting their behavioral and educational growth in a dynamic school environment. We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is available on a contract basis, with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours, and a start date of August 11th or 12th. The assignment will run through May 28th, contingent on the school calendar.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff
• Provide supervision and support to a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Respond proactively to behavioral needs district-wide, offering expertise and guidance across multiple settings
• Work on campus during standard school hours (8:10 am–3:15 pm), with extended hours on Wednesdays to 4:15 pm

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Demonstrated experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, plan development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs effectively
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
