Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Berwyn, IL

Step into a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an adaptive educational setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time, contract position offers you the chance to work closely with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in a specialized Adaptive Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) Program designed for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities.

You’ll play a vital role as the second BCBA in this collaborative setting, where your expertise will be central to integrating behavioral services within classroom routines and the larger school community. The ABLE Program focuses on supporting students’ needs in verbal and nonverbal communication, social interaction, sensory regulation, and academic growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Experience working within school-based or educational models
• Familiarity with integrating behavioral supports in classroom environments
• Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Dedication to supporting students’ unique learning and behavioral needs

What you’ll do:

• Deliver direct and consultative behavioral analytic services within classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration on individualized student plans
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention strategies
• Conduct assessments and collect data to measure student progress
• Provide staff training on behavioral techniques and support systems
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment where every student can thrive

This position is full-time, set at 32.5 hours per week, and covers the 2026-2027 school year.
