Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric environment strongly preferred
• Thorough understanding of assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and data-driven program development
• Compassionate communicator with strong collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Deep commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development
• Adaptability to handle fluctuating caseloads and referral volumes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments, analyze data, and create targeted intervention plans for students
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster inclusive learning environments
• Provide coaching and in-service training to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Monitor, review, and adjust intervention programs to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory standards
