Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with students in grades K-12
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis in educational settings
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both staff and families
• Flexibility to work across multiple grade levels as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create targeted intervention strategies
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral supports to students and staff
• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized education and behavior plans
• Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, school psychologists, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student progress discussions
• Offer training and guidance to staff and families to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions
