Grades 9 - 12 Grades 6 - 8 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

This contract-based opportunity offers full-time hours, allowing you to work Monday through Friday during standard school hours, providing vital support and guidance to students in grades K-12.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with students in grades K–12 (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and school staff
• Capacity to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report on behavioral data
• Flexibility to adapt to various classroom and school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create tailored behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with educational teams on the development and implementation of IEP goals
• Provide direct services to students in individual and group settings, as needed
• Offer training and consultation to teachers, support staff, and families
• Track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
