Job Title: BCBA / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) – Full-Time

Near: Bethlehem, PA 18017
Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours/week

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania BCBA Certification or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential required
• On-site position

Job Details:

• 2026–2027 School Year (August 24, 2026 – June 10, 2027)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
• Collaborate with educators and support teams to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Participate in student evaluations, intervention planning, and behavior support services
• Interview process includes an initial interview with administration followed by a meet-and-greet with the team lead

Compensation:

• $40+/hour
