Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Biloxi, MS

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification and active licensure, or eligibility for licensure in Mississippi
• Previous experience providing behavioral services in educational settings
• Strong ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and parents
• Commitment to compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as ethical guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments and skill assessments for assigned students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation, coaching, and training to school staff on behavior strategies
• Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing decision-making and ensure student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting
