Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Biloxi, Mississippi

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience providing behavioral support in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Thorough understanding of conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to train and support educators, paraprofessionals, and families in implementing behavior plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student behavioral challenges and strengths
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to teachers, school staff, and parents
• Collect and analyze behavioral data, making adjustments to plans as necessary
• Offer training for school personnel on behavioral strategies and positive supports
• Ensure intervention strategies are aligned with students’ individualized education plans (IEPs) and educational goals
