BCBA – K–8 School-Based Role | Behavioral Support & Intervention
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across grades K–8 by implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote positive behavior, academic success, and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to implement effective strategies
- Monitor, collect, and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on behavior management and ABA best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with K–8 students, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of special education laws, ethical standards, and best practices
