Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Partner with educators, administrative staff, families, and support personnel to drive effective behavioral interventions
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze data to track student progress and adjust plans accordingly
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support on behavior management and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) best practices
  • Keep clear, accurate records and ensure all interventions comply with legal and district standards

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Background working with K–8 students, ideally in a school or educational setting
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Familiarity with special education regulations, ethical guidelines, and behavioral best practices
