Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and writing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Strong skills in modeling strategies and delivering intervention training to educational staff
- Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with other BCBAs
- Data-driven, organized, and a proactive communicator
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom-based FBAs, develop and implement BIPs
- Model interventions for teachers, paraprofessionals, and RBTs
- Deliver trainings and assess effectiveness of behavior interventions
- Supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and recommend ongoing improvements
- Collaborate with educational personnel, evaluate and help develop programs, maintain detailed electronic records and documentation
