Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and writing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Strong skills in modeling strategies and delivering intervention training to educational staff
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with other BCBAs
• Data-driven, organized, and a proactive communicator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom-based FBAs, develop and implement BIPs
• Model interventions for teachers, paraprofessionals, and RBTs
• Deliver trainings and assess effectiveness of behavior interventions
• Supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and recommend ongoing improvements
• Collaborate with educational personnel, evaluate and help develop programs, maintain detailed electronic records and documentation
