Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification
  • Previous experience providing BCBA services in a school or educational environment
  • Familiarity with VOCO or teletherapy platforms for remote service provision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting student growth in diverse learning settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments virtually for K-12 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Provide training and consultation to staff regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
  • Maintain thorough documentation and report findings in compliance with school requirements
  • Adapt interventions to individual student needs in a virtual environment
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and make data-driven recommendations
