Desired Qualifications:
- Current and active BCBA certification
- Previous experience providing BCBA services in a school or educational environment
- Familiarity with VOCO or teletherapy platforms for remote service provision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting student growth in diverse learning settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments virtually for K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Provide training and consultation to staff regarding behavioral strategies and interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation and report findings in compliance with school requirements
- Adapt interventions to individual student needs in a virtual environment
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and make data-driven recommendations
