Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Prior experience working within a school environment preferred
- Ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and progress monitoring
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices in behavior analysis
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs through data collection, observation, and consultation
- Design and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide training and guidance to school staff and families on behavior management techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and inclusion
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
