Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs through data collection, observation, and consultation
• Design and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide training and guidance to school staff and families on behavior management techniques
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success and inclusion
• Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
