This full-time, contract opportunity calls for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to work hands-on with students of all ages. The role centers on serving three nearby school buildings, offering the chance to deliver continuity of care and collaborate with a dynamic team of fellow BCBAs.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in school settings working with varied age groups
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavioral interventions
  • Eagerness to collaborate with professional peers and school staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and consultative support for students across three buildings in close proximity
  • Provide direct services and develop effective behavioral strategies for students at all age levels
  • Work closely with a team of BCBAs, ensuring consistent and comprehensive behavioral services
  • Offer guidance and training to school staff regarding applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring for assigned students
  • Support the development of positive learning environments throughout the schools

This position offers a consistent full-time schedule (35 hours per week) and the unique advantage of professional collaboration within a supportive district environment. As there is no RBT supervision required, you’ll be able to focus your expertise on assessment, consultation, and direct service.
