What You’ll Bring:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings, especially in Autism support
• Strong skills in behavioral assessment, data analysis, and program development
• Ability to consult, coach, and train school staff and families in evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide consultative services for 5 Autism classrooms, supporting K-8 students
• Observe, assess, and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to implement best practices
• Analyze student data and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness
• Facilitate staff training and contribute to team meetings
• Foster positive, inclusive learning environments for all students
