Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Boston, MA

Exciting short-term opportunity for a skilled BCBA to make a meaningful impact in a middle school setting near Boston, MA. This contract role covers a planned leave and runs from November 12, 2026 through February 12, 2027. Working on a full-time schedule from 7:40am to 2:40pm, you'll have the chance to provide critical behavioral support to a caseload of 20-25 students during the school day.

This position offers a highly competitive compensation, starting at $50 per hour.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Previous experience in a school environment, preferably at the middle school level
• Strong background in conducting functional behavior assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies based on students’ individual needs
• Experience managing similar caseload sizes is a plus

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing direct and consultative behavioral services to middle school students
• Conducting assessments, data collection, and analysis for 20-25 students
• Creating and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions
• Offering training and guidance to school staff on behavioral techniques
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of progress
