Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Boston, MA

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced professional skilled in Applied Behavior Analysis to fill a short-term leave need in a middle school setting near Boston, MA. This contract position spans from November 12th, 2026, through February 12th, 2027, offering flexibility with full-time or part-time hours between 7:40am and 2:40pm. You'll work with a caseload of 20-25 middle school students, supporting their behavioral, social, and academic growth in a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or adolescents, preferably in a middle school setting.
• Familiarity with functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plan development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and observations to inform development and adjustment of behavior intervention plans.
• Work closely with teachers and staff to implement individualized behavioral strategies.
• Provide direct support and consultation to students, educators, and families.
• Monitor and document student progress, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines for special education.

Compensation for this role starts at $55 per hour and may increase based on your experience and skill set.
