Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school environments or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies for students in 1st to 12th grade
• Ability to communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and students
• Organizational skills to manage multiple caseloads and documentation
• Passion for positive behavioral supports and inclusive education

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff to implement effective strategies across elementary, middle, and high school (1st–12th grades)
• Train and coach school personnel in behavior intervention techniques
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student learning outcomes
• Provide direct services to students as needed and consult on best practices for classroom management
