Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Proven experience working with learners from various grade levels, including elementary (1st-3rd) and high school (10th-12th)
  • Background in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans within school settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
  • Ability to train and support school staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data-driven evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and observations to inform individualized support plans
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of effective behavior intervention plans across elementary and high school settings
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students, ensuring interventions are aligned with educational goals
  • Deliver staff training and ongoing coaching on behavioral best practices and data collection
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive academic and social outcomes for students
  • Document and report progress, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize student success
