Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Proven experience working with learners from various grade levels, including elementary (1st-3rd) and high school (10th-12th)
- Background in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans within school settings
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
- Ability to train and support school staff on behavioral interventions and strategies
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data-driven evaluation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and observations to inform individualized support plans
- Develop and oversee the implementation of effective behavior intervention plans across elementary and high school settings
- Provide direct and indirect support to students, ensuring interventions are aligned with educational goals
- Deliver staff training and ongoing coaching on behavioral best practices and data collection
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive academic and social outcomes for students
- Document and report progress, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize student success
