Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Demonstrated experience supporting students in grades 1–12
• Knowledge of current behavioral assessment methods and intervention strategies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with school protocols and regulations regarding special education

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide coaching and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members
• Collect and analyze data to measure intervention effectiveness
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Offer training and workshops to school staff on positive behavioral supports
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
