Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting students and staff as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) during a maternity leave coverage from March through June. Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Solid understanding of applied behavior analysis principles, data collection, and behavioral assessment methods
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adept at training and supporting teachers, support staff, and families in implementing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and provide compassionate, student-focused support

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to develop effective behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and administrators to support implementation of individualized strategies
• Provide direct consultation and training with staff and families, ensuring fidelity in behavioral interventions
• Monitor, review, and adjust intervention plans based on progress and data collected
• Advocate for student needs, promoting inclusive and supportive classroom practices
• Maintain clear documentation and compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
