Make a meaningful impact in the school community near Boulder, CO by supporting students, staff, and families as an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role offers the opportunity to transform learning environments across two elementary schools by delivering expertise in behavioral analysis and intervention.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Valid CDE license or COOL documentation necessary for interview consideration
  • Experience working within school settings, especially at the elementary level, strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with multidisciplinary teams
  • Thorough understanding of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify student needs and develop effective action plans
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Deliver training and ongoing guidance to school staff regarding positive behavior supports, data collection, and intervention strategies
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and service delivery in alignment with school policies and legal requirements
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school climate that promotes the well-being of all learners
