Make a meaningful impact in the school community near Boulder, CO by supporting students, staff, and families as an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role offers the opportunity to transform learning environments across two elementary schools by delivering expertise in behavioral analysis and intervention.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Valid CDE license or COOL documentation necessary for interview consideration
- Experience working within school settings, especially at the elementary level, strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with multidisciplinary teams
- Thorough understanding of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify student needs and develop effective action plans
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Deliver training and ongoing guidance to school staff regarding positive behavior supports, data collection, and intervention strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and service delivery in alignment with school policies and legal requirements
- Foster a positive and inclusive school climate that promotes the well-being of all learners
