Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification and relevant state licensure
  • Experience supporting students in K-12 educational environments
  • Familiarity with Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous work in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Lead data collection and progress monitoring for students receiving behavioral support
  • Train and consult with teachers, families, and school staff on behavior management strategies
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as an integral team member
  • Provide direct and indirect support for students, ensuring interventions are implemented with fidelity
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment by promoting best practices in behavior management across the school community
  • Stay current on industry trends, evidence-based interventions, and professional development
