What you'll bring:

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure
• Experience working with children or adolescents in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis strategies within the school context
• Positive, collaborative attitude and a knack for communication with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and analyze behavioral data
• Flexible, adaptable approach to addressing varying student needs

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and design evidence-based behavioral intervention plans
• Provide direct support and coaching to students across a range of grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school administrators to implement effective strategies
• Deliver staff and family training sessions on behavior management techniques
• Collect, analyze, and report on behavioral data to monitor student progress
• Stay current with best practices and adapt plans as needed for student success
