Qualifications/Experience:
- Must hold an active BCBA certification
- Current CDE license required (or proof of license via COOL)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children highly preferred
- Full-time availability (36 hours per week) for the duration of the school year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans
- Collaborate with faculty and school staff to ensure effective program implementation
- Provide ongoing training and recommendations to classroom teams
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
- Serve as a key resource for parents and educational staff
