Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience in a K-12 school setting highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess, develop, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive behavioral strategies
• Train and support school staff on effective program implementation and data collection
• Monitor and document student progress, making timely adaptations as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school and professional standards
