Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
• Experience developing and supervising individualized behavior intervention plans in school environments
• Ability to conduct assessments (FBA, functional analysis) and interpret data to guide interventions
• Strong interpersonal skills for consulting with teachers, related service professionals, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create data-driven intervention strategies
• Oversee implementation and fidelity of behavior plans for students, providing coaching to staff as needed
• Document session outcomes and progress, maintaining all necessary records
• Deliver staff training and support on behavior management techniques and best practices
• Monitor and adjust interventions based on ongoing progress monitoring and data review
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
