You’ll be essential in enhancing learning experiences and supporting students through expert behavioral analysis and applied behavioral interventions. Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience in a K-12 school setting highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to assess, develop, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive behavioral strategies
- Train and support school staff on effective program implementation and data collection
- Monitor and document student progress, making timely adaptations as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school and professional standards
