Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Proven experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation strategies
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
- Commitment to fostering inclusive educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel, paraprofessionals, and families on ABA techniques and behavior management strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on collected data
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in the development of behavioral goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with district and regulatory standards
- Support crisis intervention strategies and contributing to a safe, positive school climate
