In this district-wide position, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team across multiple campuses. Enjoy the benefit of support from behavioral technicians at each elementary school and an assigned behavioral tech to work alongside you as you assist schools within the district.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Previous experience in an educational or school-based setting preferred.
  • Strong skills in functional behavior assessment, intervention plan development, and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate with staff, students, and families.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse student population, across all age groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Support teachers, staff, and families in implementing interventions and positive behavioral strategies.
  • Travel between school buildings within the district as assigned, ensuring aligned behavioral support across campuses.
  • Supervise and collaborate with assigned behavioral technician, as well as other support staff within elementary schools.
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward behavioral goals.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
