Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of behavioral assessment tools, ABA methodologies, and data-driven intervention planning
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility, compassion, and problem-solving mindset

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop effective, evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with varying needs
  • Provide direct services, consultation, and ongoing support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to foster consistent implementation of BIPs
  • Train and mentor school staff in behavioral techniques, data collection, and progress monitoring
  • Adjust interventions based on regular analysis of data and collaboration with teams
  • Document interventions, progress, and outcomes to support the academic and social success of students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision making
