Make a positive impact by providing essential behavioral support to students in an educational setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, current and in good standing
- Experience providing behavioral analysis services in school settings is preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Dedicated to supporting students with diverse developmental and behavioral needs
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses for students
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Train and support school staff in the implementation of ABA-based interventions
- Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary and documenting outcomes
- Provide guidance and consultation to teachers, support staff, and families
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when required
