Make a positive impact by providing essential behavioral support to students in an educational setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. You will work in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to implement evidence-based strategies that foster student growth and success in schools near Bridgeport, CT.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, current and in good standing
  • Experience providing behavioral analysis services in school settings is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Dedicated to supporting students with diverse developmental and behavioral needs
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses for students
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Train and support school staff in the implementation of ABA-based interventions
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary and documenting outcomes
  • Provide guidance and consultation to teachers, support staff, and families
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when required
