Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current BCBA certification
  • Previous experience providing behavioral services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and modify individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Comfortable with data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students with a range of behavioral needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote best practices and train on intervention strategies
  • Provide direct and consultative services for individual students or small groups
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports, ensuring compliance with school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions to support student success
  • Provide ongoing staff training and guidance to ensure consistency in behavioral supports
