Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a fulfilling, school-based contract role in a supportive educational environment near Brighton, Colorado. This onsite position spans the upcoming academic year, dedicated to providing behavioral support and expertise to students across two elementary schools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Must submit a copy of your CDE license or COOL with your resume (applications without this will not be considered)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, educators, and families
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor effective behavior intervention plans

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative behavioral support services to students and educational staff
  • Develop, review, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and families, to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data for ongoing program effectiveness
  • Provide training and guidance for classroom strategies that reinforce student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
