Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with active, valid credentials.
• Previous experience working within school or pediatric settings, ideally with diverse student populations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and intervention strategies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless collaboration with staff, students, and families.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage caseloads, write reports, and maintain documentation with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to paraprofessionals and school staff on ABA strategies.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, counselors, and families—to align on goals and ensure consistent, effective strategies.
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student-support plans.
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure compliance with relevant ethical guidelines and district policies.
