Make a meaningful difference supporting students across a district-wide role designed to leverage your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! This full-time, contract assignment offers an opportunity to work closely with students from Pre-K through 12th grade, shaping positive behavioral outcomes in a highly collaborative school environment.

This is approximately a 9-week assignment, starting as soon as possible. The role encompasses working across multiple campuses, consulting with educators and support staff, and helping develop behavioral plans and strategies that impact a diverse school population. Daily schedules will be approximately 7–7.5 hours, final details to be confirmed by the district.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Connecticut BCBA license
  • Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Comfortable serving students from early childhood through high school
  • Reliable transportation to travel between campus locations
  • Experience supporting students with a variety of disabilities welcomed

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student observations, functional behavioral assessments, and develop intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and district staff to model and implement positive behavioral supports
  • Offer direct and consultative services as needed to maximize student outcomes
  • Provide training and resources for staff regarding best practices in behavioral intervention
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress monitoring for assigned students
