Details:
- Job type: Full-time
- Hourly Pay: $47+/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement evidence-based interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis
- Train and support school staff in behavior management strategies and best practices
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
