School Certified Behavior Analyst - Pennsylvania (PA)

• Job type: Full-time
• Hourly Pay: $47+/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement evidence-based interventions
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis
• Train and support school staff in behavior management strategies and best practices
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
