Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Brockton, MA

This contract position, located near Brockton, MA, is available from November 12, 2026, through February 12, 2027, and features full-time hours, 7:40am to 2:40pm, Monday through Friday. You will work closely with a caseload of 20-25 students, collaborating with educators and families to create positive outcomes.

In this vital role, you’ll:

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably at the middle school level
• Demonstrate skill in functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning
• Strong communication abilities for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
• Conduct assessments and collect data to guide interventions
• Consult with teachers and staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
• Provide coaching and training to school staff as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and assist with IEP processes
