Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Brockton, MA

This assignment runs from November 12, 2026, through February 12, 2027, with flexible scheduling options offering both full-time and part-time availabilities (7:40am-2:40pm). Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Strong background working with middle school-aged children
• Demonstrated experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt strategies and interventions based on student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ behavioral needs and goals
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to model and teach behavioral strategies
• Train staff and provide ongoing consultation to ensure consistency in behavior support
• Document progress, participate in meetings, and maintain communication with families and stakeholders
