Step into a valued role supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time, contract position offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents and young adults in a welcoming school environment near the Bronx, NY. Work onsite with grades 7-12 (students up to age 22) and help shape their experience by overseeing behavioral programs and the dedicated team that implements them.

Key Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification required
  • Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
  • Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide guidance on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with school staff to address behavioral needs and ensure best practices
  • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of behavior support strategies for a diverse caseload
  • Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
  • Participate in meetings with staff, students, and families to discuss progress and adjust interventions as needed

This role offers a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-3:00pm (with a 30-minute lunch), giving you a balanced workday to focus both on your career and personal life.
