Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Bronx, New York

Step into a pivotal role supporting students in middle and high school settings, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite contract position offers the flexibility of either part-time or full-time hours, running from September 8, 2026, through June 25, 2027, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30am to 3:00pm, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Drawing on your expertise as a behavior specialist, you'll work with students across grades 7-12 (including individuals up to age 22), designing and supervising effective behavioral interventions. In addition to your leadership in shaping positive student outcomes, you will provide essential supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guide Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborate with educational staff to foster a supportive learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and completion of 8-hour supervision training required (Licensed Behavior Analysts will also be considered)
• Previous experience in school-based settings highly valued
• Proficient in supervising RBTs and overseeing BIPs in a diverse student population
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans
• Oversee the implementation of BIPs, ensuring fidelity and consistency
• Provide direct supervision to RBTs and support staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, school administration, and families
• Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP processes as needed
