Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students in grades 7 through 12 (up to age 22) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time contract role near Bronx, NY, offers the chance to make a measurable difference in the lives of young people by providing expert behavioral guidance within an educational environment.

You’ll work onsite from September 8, 2026, through June 25, 2027, with a manageable schedule—Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break, for a total of 20 hours per week. Compensation for this impactful role ranges from $50 to $55 per hour, and you’ll also enjoy access to healthcare benefits and weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Oversee the implementation and fidelity of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate closely with classroom staff, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and quality of behavioral supports
  • Maintain organized records and documentation, supporting student progress and compliance with regulations
  • Adapt strategies to meet individual needs across a diverse caseload

Desired Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and completion of 8-hour supervision training (Licensed Behavior Analysts considered)
  • Experience working as a Behavior Specialist within schools or educational settings preferred
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to create supportive, inclusive environments for adolescents and young adults
