Key Qualifications:
- BCBA certification required
- Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
- Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide guidance on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with school staff to address behavioral needs and ensure best practices
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of behavior support strategies for a diverse caseload
- Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
- Participate in meetings with staff, students, and families to discuss progress and adjust interventions as needed
This role offers a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-3:00pm (with a 30-minute lunch), giving you a balanced workday to focus both on your career and personal life.
