This full-time, onsite role spans 36 hours each week and focuses on two elementary school campuses. You’ll design, implement, and oversee behavioral intervention plans, providing essential guidance and support to promote student growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification is required
  • Must hold or obtain a valid CDE license or COOL (please submit a copy with your resume)
  • Proven experience as a BCBA in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Strong commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development

Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with general and special education teams to support student needs
  • Conduct staff training and parent consultation to ensure effective implementation of interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
  • Serve as a resource for positive behavior support strategies and crisis intervention
