Licensed High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Browns Summit, NC

Seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide vital support to students and school teams in a school-based setting near Browns Summit, NC. In this full-time, contract opportunity (37.5 hours per week), you'll play a pivotal role supporting elementary, middle, and high school students with varied behavioral and learning needs. What We’re Looking For:

• Current, active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric environments is preferred
• Knowledge of elementary, middle, and high school support models

• Strength in data analysis, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs

• Provide expert consultation and practical coaching to educators and staff
