Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide training and guidance to teachers, support staff, and parents on behavioral strategies
  • Monitor student progress and document outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create positive educational environments
