Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- School-based experience or strong knowledge of interventions in educational settings preferred
- Exceptional skills in functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to provide supervision and training for support staff as needed
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and adapt to evolving student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and strengths
- Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure successful program delivery
- Train and support staff on the effective execution of behavioral strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to interdisciplinary teams
