Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • School-based experience or strong knowledge of interventions in educational settings preferred
  • Exceptional skills in functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to provide supervision and training for support staff as needed
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and adapt to evolving student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and strengths
  • Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure successful program delivery
  • Train and support staff on the effective execution of behavioral strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to interdisciplinary teams
