Step into a vital role supporting K-12 students with behavioral needs in a dynamic school setting near Burleson, TX. This contract position spans the full academic year (8/10/26 – 6/4/27) and calls for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expertise and direct services onsite.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Comfort managing a diverse caseload, including 50–75 students requiring general support and 8–15 with intensive behavioral needs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
  • Previous experience in K-12 schools or similar educational environments (preferred)
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and data-driven service delivery

In this full-time position (8 AM – 4 PM), you will:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Serve as a resource and consultant for teachers and staff, modeling strategies and ensuring fidelity of interventions
  • Collect and analyze behavior data to guide ongoing support and intervention modifications
  • Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for appropriate supports for students
  • Collaborate with families to encourage consistency and reinforce positive behaviors
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation aligned with district procedures
