Step into a meaningful opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a contract assignment working full time, 8 AM – 4 PM, for the 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite role involves making a significant impact by guiding and mentoring students with varying behavioral support needs.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing targeted behavior intervention plans
- Ability to manage a caseload of 50–75 students, including intensive support for 8–15 high-needs cases
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with school teams and families
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative behavior support services to students across a variety of grade levels
- Conduct FBAs, develop intervention strategies, and monitor implementation for individual students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents to implement effective interventions
- Provide staff guidance and training on evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP and behavioral planning meetings
