This full-time, contract opportunity lets you apply your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise across three nearby school buildings, serving students of all age levels. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow BCBAs in the district, sharing your insights and learning from other professionals who are equally dedicated to student growth and success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience in school settings preferred; open to candidates familiar with working across multiple sites
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to design and implement behavior intervention plans for a range of grade levels
• Adaptability and organizational ability to travel locally between buildings

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and deliver direct and consultative behavioral services to students and staff
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design effective interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and other BCBAs to promote strong educational outcomes
• Consult with school teams and families to deliver positive student support
