Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Ability to work full-time, 35 hours weekly
  • Experience supporting individuals across all age groups
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral support and intervention services across three nearby school buildings
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with other BCBAs on district-level initiatives
  • Collect and review behavioral data to inform treatment planning
  • Provide training and consultation to school staff (no RBT supervision required)
