As a travel BCBA in this engaging role, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated network of BCBAs across the district and support students of all ages, giving you wide-ranging experience from elementary through high school. The position involves working across three easily accessible buildings, ensuring variety in your daily routine without the hassle of long commutes. Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Previous experience providing behavioral analysis in school settings preferred
  • Skilled with all age groups and comfortable adapting to diverse student needs
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior analytic services to students across three nearby school buildings
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with other BCBAs in the district—no direct RBT supervision required
  • Track progress, collect data, and adjust plans for optimal student outcomes
  • Engage in meetings with staff and families to support holistic learning environments
