You’ll be welcomed into a vibrant educational community near Burlington, NC, working onsite during the academic year—August 18, 2026 through June 10, 2027. This is a part-time role, scheduled Monday through Friday, with 15-20 hours per week.
What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree and current BCBA certification required
- Direct experience supervising and mentoring staff or students
- Confidence working across a K–12 caseload
- Strong background in supporting children, including experience with children who have disabilities or autism
- Previous school or educational setting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative support to students and school staff
- Supervise implementation of behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and analyze data to adjust plans for effectiveness
- Train and coach school personnel in behavioral best practices
- Collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
