Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Burlington, NC

You’ll be welcomed into a vibrant educational community near Burlington, NC, working onsite during the academic year—August 18, 2026 through June 10, 2027. This is a part-time role, scheduled Monday through Friday, with 15-20 hours per week.

What We’re Seeking:

• Master’s degree and current BCBA certification required
• Direct experience supervising and mentoring staff or students
• Confidence working across a K–12 caseload
• Strong background in supporting children, including experience with children who have disabilities or autism
• Previous school or educational setting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative support to students and school staff
• Supervise implementation of behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and analyze data to adjust plans for effectiveness
• Train and coach school personnel in behavioral best practices
• Collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
