Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Burlington, NC

Step into a dynamic, school-based setting where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) can make a transformative impact. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity extends through June 2027 and caters to a diverse caseload of students in grades K–12. Collaborate closely with educational staff to implement evidence-based interventions, provide behavioral support, and foster positive outcomes for students with a range of needs—including those with autism and other disabilities. Supervision of a dedicated contractor will be a key part of your contribution.

Ideal candidates will bring a balance of clinical excellence and practical experience, along with a passion for supporting school communities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree with current BCBA certification
• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities
• Strong background supporting children with autism; prior BCBA experience in schools highly valued
• Confident in supervising fellow behavioral health professionals
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for K–12 students
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and school staff
• Supervise and mentor one of our contractors, providing guidance and support
• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students
