You’ll provide essential behavioral support and guidance to elementary, middle, and high school students, working alongside dedicated educators and support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Current licensure to practice as a BCBA in the applicable state
  • Proven experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor functional behavior assessments and intervention plans
  • Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school populations
  • Strong communication and consultation skills with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students with a range of behavioral needs
  • Design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to integrate behavioral strategies
  • Provide coaching and support to instructional staff and families
  • Lead team meetings and participate in IEP processes as needed
  • Track progress and document interventions in accordance with district protocols
