Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active state license (or eligible for licensure)
• Demonstrated experience supporting students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention plans
• Excellent collaborative and communication abilities with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses to identify student needs
• Create and implement tailored intervention programs for students from elementary through high school
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to provide training and ongoing support
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide professional guidance to support staff and facilitate positive school-wide behavioral practices
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute evidence-based recommendations
