Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Current licensure to practice as a BCBA in the applicable state
- Proven experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor functional behavior assessments and intervention plans
- Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong communication and consultation skills with students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for students with a range of behavioral needs
- Design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to integrate behavioral strategies
- Provide coaching and support to instructional staff and families
- Lead team meetings and participate in IEP processes as needed
- Track progress and document interventions in accordance with district protocols
