Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid BCBA certification required
• Licensure eligible or licensed in the state

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across a variety of age groups
• Design and implement data-driven, individualized behavior intervention plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student growth
• Provide training and guidance on positive behavioral supports to school personnel
• Track student progress with evidence-based documentation, adjusting strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, contributing your expertise to student success
