Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification required
• Active and current state license for practice
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Deep understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and ethical guidelines
• Strong collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing progress monitoring
• Provide direct modeling, coaching, and consultation to school staff and families
• Analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure student success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development when appropriate
• Support a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
