Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid BCBA certification required
- Licensure eligible or licensed in the state
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across a variety of age groups
- Design and implement data-driven, individualized behavior intervention plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote student growth
- Provide training and guidance on positive behavioral supports to school personnel
- Track student progress with evidence-based documentation, adjusting strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP and team meetings, contributing your expertise to student success
