Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience providing behavioral analysis services in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive behavioral assessments for students referred by school staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on behavioral strategies and modifications
• Provide direct and consultative services to support students’ integration and success in the classroom
• Offer guidance and training to school personnel on behavior management techniques
• Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation in line with district and regulatory requirements
