Your impact will be felt from the first day of the school year, beginning September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027—making a lasting difference across an academic calendar.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Demonstrated experience working with students exhibiting severe behavioral and physical challenges, preferably in Setting 4 or similar environments
- Ability to manage multiple classrooms and adapt to varying student needs
- Experience with functional behavior assessments (FBA), behavior intervention plans, and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in maintaining compliance documentation, reporting, and communication with educational teams
- Strong interpersonal, debriefing, and collaboration skills with educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral consultation across several classrooms within the designated center(s)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and conduct FBAs as needed
- Complete required paperwork, progress reports, and documentation in a timely and organized manner
- Lead or participate in team debriefings, offering guidance and support for staff
- Support school personnel through ongoing training, coaching, and case discussions
- Ensure all interventions align with best practices and district protocols
