Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Byfield, MA

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact in educational settings this fall. This contract position spans from September through the December break, supporting both middle school and elementary-aged students.

In this role, you’ll provide vital behavioral support and expertise to two distinct student groups. Part of your week will focus on middle schoolers in grades 7 and 8, while another portion will involve working with elementary students, PreK through grade 6. Schedule flexibility is available, and you’ll be working within typical school day hours — middle school operates 7:15 am to 2:15 pm, and the elementary schedule runs from 8:15 am to 3:15 pm. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably with middle and elementary grades
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop effective behavior intervention plans and support teachers/staff
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with school teams to implement and monitor interventions
• Train and coach educators and paraprofessionals on best practices
• Collect and analyze data to guide decision-making
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Communicate regularly with families and staff
