Calling all BCBAs eager to make a tangible impact in an educational setting near Cambridge, MA! Step into a part-time contract opportunity offering meaningful consultation and collaboration within a dynamic school environment for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.

In this rewarding role, you’ll work two flexible days per week, partnering with classroom teams to support a caseload of approximately 29 students ranging from elementary to middle school. Responsibilities center on behavioral consultation, supporting and training staff, and updating behavior intervention plans for students with unique needs. This position is ideal if you are driven to empower both students and educators by fostering successful learning environments through thoughtful behavior management.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in public schools is a plus, but not required
  • Strong background working with students with behavioral challenges
  • Demonstrated skill in implementing and updating behavior intervention strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • Creative, compassionate, and solution-oriented approach

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver consultative support for student and staff behavioral needs
  • Update and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Work collaboratively with special education staff, administration, and classroom teams
  • Provide actionable recommendations and hands-on behavioral support
  • Help maintain stability in classrooms through staff consultation
