Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Cambridge, MA

In this role, you’ll focus on supporting both students and staff, developing and monitoring effective behavioral interventions, and contributing to a collaborative and student-centered culture.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable working with students of all age groups
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and travel between three nearby school buildings
• Proactive and organized, with a commitment to evidence-based practices
• Experience with data collection and analysis related to behavior plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff, administration, and other BCBAs
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Provide staff consultation and training on best practices in behavior management
• Participate in team meetings to support student outcomes across age levels
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and ethical standards
