Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Cambridge, Massachusetts

Seeking a committed and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) passionate about supporting diverse student populations across multiple school sites near Cambridge, MA. This contract position spans through the end of the 2026–2027 school year, offering a dynamic environment where you’ll make a tangible difference in the lives of students with behavioral needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, active BCBA certification required
• Massachusetts LABA license (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) issued by the Allied Mental Health division
• Experience overseeing and mentoring paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers
• Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Proven ability to write, implement, and modify individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Demonstrated expertise in data collection, graphing, and preparing progress reports for IEP meetings
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for optimal communication with students and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support across 2–3 school buildings within the district (34 hours/week)
• Supervise, train, and model evidence-based strategies for support staff and educators
• Complete comprehensive FBAs and maintain accurate, ongoing behavioral data
• Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans based on current data and student progress
• Present detailed progress reports during IEP meetings
• Foster collaborative relationships with teachers, staff, and family members to support positive student outcomes
