Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Cambridge, Massachusetts

Step into an impactful role supporting young learners by providing expert behavioral analysis within two elementary school settings near Cambridge, MA. This contract position is designed to cover a maternity leave and offers a full-time, onsite schedule. You’ll serve as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), splitting your time evenly between both schools to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

At one school, you will partner with a robust language program, contributing to the development and implementation of individualized behavior plans and interventions. The other site features both a learning center and an Integrated Specialized Services (ISS) program, allowing you to leverage your experience across diverse instructional and support settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Proven experience providing ABA services in a school environment
• Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and data-driven programming
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with staff, students, and parents
• Familiarity with language development programs, specialized learning environments, or similar multi-disciplinary education settings preferred
• Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical, student-centered support

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement programming and provide ongoing training
• Monitor student progress through data collection and adjust interventions as necessary
• Offer consultation and guidance for students in both school-specific settings: language and ISS/learning center programs
• Document services, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and attend relevant school meetings
