Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Cambridge, Massachusetts

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll engage with both substantially separate and inclusion classroom settings. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing consultation, support, and collaborative problem-solving for students based on IEP service delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, active and in good standing in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is required
• Proven success supporting elementary and middle school age groups
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Must complete CORI and fingerprinting (CORI to be done in person at the district’s main office)
• Immediate availability to start
• Commitment to maintaining a respectful, inclusive school environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement behavior intervention plans for students on caseload
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Deliver training, consultation, and practical strategies to school staff
• Monitor student progress, maintain required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
