A rewarding short-term contract opportunity is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking to make a positive impact in a middle school setting near Cambridge, MA. This assignment covers a leave from November 12, 2026, through February 12, 2027, with the flexibility to work either full-time or part-time hours between 7:40 am and 2:40 pm.

You will be supporting a caseload of 20-25 middle school students, providing targeted behavioral interventions and collaborating closely with educators and families during this important period.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting, preferably with middle school-age students
• Strong ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop effective plans
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Adaptability and responsiveness in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments for middle school students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers and educational teams on intervention strategies
• Provide training and coaching for instructional staff on behavior management
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision-making
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies
