The position runs from November 12, 2026, to February 12, 2027, with standard full-time school hours of 7:40am–2:40pm, Monday through Friday.

In this role, you will work closely with a caseload of 20–25 middle school students, implementing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, collaborating with instructional staff, and supporting student progress within a team environment.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working as a BCBA in school settings
• Strong understanding of behavior assessment, intervention strategies, and data-driven decision making
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a busy school environment

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized intervention and treatment plans
• Training and supporting staff in implementing behavior plans and best practices
• Monitoring student progress and adapting interventions as needed
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and data in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Consulting regularly with school teams to provide expertise and recommendations
