Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assess student behavior and design effective behavior support plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, educators, and families
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and track data to measure success
  • Lead training for staff on behavior management best practices
