What you'll bring:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working in school environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Familiarity with supporting students in elementary and high school grade levels (1st–3rd, 10th–12th)
- Strong collaborative skills to work alongside teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation capabilities
Your role will include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing student data
- Developing individualized intervention plans based on assessment results
- Training and supporting teachers and staff in positive behavior strategies
- Monitoring ongoing progress and adjusting plans as needed to ensure student success
- Collaborating with educational teams to integrate behavioral supports into daily instruction
- Maintaining up-to-date records and thorough documentation for each case
