What you'll bring:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working in school environments preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Familiarity with supporting students in elementary and high school grade levels (1st–3rd, 10th–12th)
  • Strong collaborative skills to work alongside teachers, staff, and families
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation capabilities

Your role will include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and analyzing student data
  • Developing individualized intervention plans based on assessment results
  • Training and supporting teachers and staff in positive behavior strategies
  • Monitoring ongoing progress and adjusting plans as needed to ensure student success
  • Collaborating with educational teams to integrate behavioral supports into daily instruction
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and thorough documentation for each case
